Tap the ••• menu on any Moment to report it — posts are automatically hidden after three reports and reviewed by our team. You can also block a user from their profile, which makes you mutually invisible. To escalate anything urgent, email support@presentapp.dev.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled 24 hours out so an accidental tap can be undone by signing back in; after that your profile, check-ins, RSVPs, Moments, and connections are permanently removed. If you can't sign in, email us from your account email and we'll delete it for you.
Safety & privacy
Present never stores raw GPS coordinates, and ghost-mode check-ins are never visible to other users. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
