By using Present, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Present.
Your Account
You’re responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. You agree to act respectfully toward other members and follow our community guidelines. We may suspend accounts that abuse verification, RSVP, or check-in systems, or that violate these terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant Present a limited license to display your content within the app to the audience your privacy settings allow. You can report content or users you believe violate our guidelines, and we’ll review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as a result.
Payments
Some events have a cover charge processed through Stripe. Refund policies for event admission are set by the event host, not Present, unless otherwise stated.
Location and Check-Ins
Present verifies your presence at events using your device’s location at the moment of check-in. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your own check-in.
Disclaimer
Present is provided “as is.” We don’t control what happens at events hosted by other users, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Present is not liable for the actions of other members, at events or otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as Present evolves and post the new version here.
